WHO WE ARE

We are people of all ages and backgrounds with joys and sorrows, gifts and flaws, loved of God.  Rejoicing in God's Grace, sustained by God's Word, and inspired by God's Spirit, we care for others, work for justice, pray for peace, and share the Gospel of Christ as we journey through life as best we can, trusting God for the outcome.

OUR MISSION

Rejoicing in God’s Grace, sustained by God’s Word, and inspired by God’s Spirit, we are dedicated to the spiritual, emotional and physical well being of persons of all ages and backgrounds.  To that end we seek out, invite, welcome, nurture, challenge, and support persons toward living joyful hopeful lives in a trusting relationship with their loving God revealed in Jesus.

OUR VISION

We the People of Christ the King describe our congregation in this way:

• We are a multigenerational, multiethnic congregation that nurtures, challenges & supports persons of all ages and backgrounds to grow spiritually, and to discover and use their gifts to honor God and serve others in their daily lives
• We are an open, friendly, and welcoming congregation where people of all ages and backgrounds are recognized, appreciated, and cared for as persons of worth
• We nurture children and young people, and support parents in raising healthy families.
• We reach out to others through programs of personal contact and service to share the gospel with persons whether or not they attend our congregation.
• We are highly visible and well respected in the Princeton to New Brunswick area for making a positive contribution to our community.
• We operate out of a functional, attractive, and forward-looking facility.
• We are large enough to provide stable and generous resources for ministry here and across the church.
