Worship Update

The Holy Spirit is doing amazing things!

On behalf of Nativity Evangelical Lutheran Church, we are thrilled to share that our congregations have decided to move forward with Consolidation!!

Consolidation means our two congregations will officially become one congregation with a new name, new bylaws, new logo, etc. What will NOT change is our commitment to always put God's work first in our congregational life. In fact, consolidation gives us so many more resources to more fully engage in doing God's work, and nothing is more exciting than that!

We have spent a considerable amount of time on this path, and both congregations are so grateful for it. Everything in God's time, and here we are, ready to honor our individual traditions and move forward to create new ones.

Watch this space for information about the process and our progress! We are so grateful to God for this opportunity to serve Him and all His many blessings.

As we grow together with Nativity Lutheran Church, we worship together in Kendall Park full time. Every Sunday at 9:30 am, our two congregations will gather as one to celebrate our faith.

Please join our warm and friendly community for worship. Come as you are as everyone is always welcome. The only thing missing is you!

We have a new name!!

We still have much to do to make this "official" (paperwork, etc.) but for now, are celebrating and getting used to our new moniker!

Monday At 7:30pm

Join us Monday night at 7:30pm as Deacon Sue Gerrard leads us in Compline, or evening prayers. Live on Nativity's Facebook page, it's a wonderful way to set the peaceful and grateful tone for every week. Can't make it at 7:30? The videos are available anytime!

Prayer and Ponder!

Our popular daytime gathering has returned with a new name! Join us on the second and fourth Thursday at 10:00am as we gather to pray and discuss a variety of topics that affect us all. Come as you are, all are welcome in this friendly gathering of Christian fellowship. The only thing missing is you!

Weekly Feature!

We are thrilled to continue our weekly feature, @homeSupper&Service, Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm via Zoom. Send us an email at office@xtheking.org to get on the list to receive the relevant study materials.

Although he would love to see you join the study group on Wednesdays, feel free to just log in to the Zoom meeting to say hello! The first 20-30 minutes are an opportunity to connect socially. The only thing missing is you!.
